Mark Palios joins AdEPT Telecom

 

Mark Palios.jpgAdEPT Telecom plc ("AdEPT" or "the Company"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Palios as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

 

Mark, aged 53 is a highly experienced business leader who during his 17 years as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers has built extensive relationships with the City and financial institutions. A chartered accountant, Mark rose to become a Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where amongst other roles he was the UK leader for the Business Regeneration practice.

 

Mark is perhaps best known for his time as CEO of The Football Association. He is credited with saving The FA from a severe financial crisis and undertaking an organisational and financial restructuring that enabled The FA to manage its risks around the Wembley project and continue to invest in the national sport.

 

Roger Wilson, Chairman of AdEPT said: "We are delighted that Mark has agreed to join us. His extensive M&A experience will be a significant asset for the Board as we continue to build the business via acquisition. We have already completed and integrated two acquisitions this year, taking our total to 12 within three years, and there is undoubtedly scope for further consolidation"
