Ted Williams joins AdEPT

Ted Williams.JPG AdEPT Telecom plc ("AdEPT" or "the Company"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Williams as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Edward John Williams, aged 49, brings to AdEPT almost 30 years of experience in the financial sector. Edward is a leading financial figure having recently retired from Schroders as an Executive Director, where he was responsible for substantial pension funds.

He has also managed funds for St James's Place. Edward began his leading city career at Prudential as an equity analyst in 1978 and, in 1981, became an equity fund manager and specialised in the management of institutional funds and unit trusts.

Roger Wilson, Chairman of AdEPT said: "We are delighted to welcome Ted to our Board. He is a substantial City figure who brings enormous experience with him, and further strengthens our Board of Directors. He will undoubtedly play a key role in AdEPT's development as we seek to continue to grow the business at a rapid pace."
