conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company was
informed on 18 April 2007 that as a result of transactions on 6
February 2007, Invision Capital III L.P. (formerly Mach Capital
Limited Partnership) is interested in 1,105,620 ordinary shares of
10p each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 5.25 per cent. of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
The
Company was also informed on 18 April 2007 that as a result of
transactions on 29 March 2007, Invision III Limited Partnership
(formerly Mach II Limited Partnership) is interested in 1,986,980
Ordinary Shares, representing 9.43 per cent. of the Company's
issued Ordinary Share capital.
