October 2006 –AdEPT Telecom acquires part of Worldwide Telecom’s fixed line customer base

WORLDWIDE TELECOM
AdEPT have bought 1,000 small business customers from Worldwide Telecom. Worldwide Telecom continues to trade and continues to grow its business.
The acquisition is AdEPT Telecom’s fourth acquisition in 2006,after acquiring Transglobal Limited in February 2006,Admiral Managed Networks Limited in March 2006,and Fizz Telecom in June 2006.
The 1,000 customers acquired from Worldwide are are all fixed-line telecom small business customers.
Roger Wilson,Chairman said,“The Worldwide customer base closely matches our target market,being small business customers taking both line rental and calls.”
