AdEPT Telecom is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held at 11.00am today,all the proposed resolutions were duly passed.
Roger Wilson,Chairman of AdEPT Telecom,commenting at the Company’s AGM said:
“I am pleased to report that despite the current challenging economic conditions the Company has continued to be highly cash generative. Net debt reduction of £2m in the last 12 months has been achieved through continued focus on underlying profitability and cash conversion.”
