The Company was advised on 17 February 2009 that between 16 and 17 February 2009, Roger Wilson, Chairman,acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (“Ordinary Shares”) in the Company,at 12.5p per share. 

Following this purchase,Mr Wilson has a total beneficial interest in 760,800 Ordinary Shares,representing approximately 3.61% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
