AdEPT (AIM:ADT) received notification on 29 July 2011 that Greenwood Investments Limited now has a direct interest in 3,362 614 ordinary shares in the Company,representing 15.96 per cent. of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital.
The Company also received notification on the same day that Invision Capital III Limited Partnership no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
