Calls to local & national & mobile numbers are capped
Calls to Local & national numbers are capped at 10p and calls to Mobile numbers are capped at 30p. Capped calls are for a maximum of 60 minutes duration, after that calls will be charged at the standard rate of 1.4p for UK landlines and 9.75p for calls to mobiles (excluding the 3 network).
1 Free calls to UK landlines (Call Plans 2 and 3 only)
Free calls to UK landlines are to numbers starting with 01, 02 and 03. Free calls are limited to 1000 minutes per month thereafter they are charged at Call Plan 1 rates.
2 Calls to mobiles
Calls to mobiles are to Vodafone, O2, T-Mobile and Orange. Calls to 3 network are priced separately.
A call set up fee of 4p applies to all calls; excluding calls to mobiles where the cost will be 9p. This offer applies to PSTN lines only.
Free Fraud Protection
If you are provisioned on the Cable & Wireless network then we will offer you free fraud protection. We will monitor your call patterns 24 hours a day and will give you a courtesy call if we see anything unusual, such as lengthy calls to a country you don’t normally ring.
