Dividends
An interim dividend of 0.75p per share was announced 13 November 2012.
- Ex-dividend date: 20 March 2013
- Record date: 22 March 2013
- Dividend pay date: 12 April 2013
A proposed final dividend of 0.75p per share was announced on 26 March 2013, subject to shareholder approval at the 2013 Annual General Meeting. It is proposed that the final dividend will be paid in October 2013.

2012 AGM was held on 21 September 2012 at 2.30pm.
Notice of General Meeting & share capital restructuring circular
On 30 June 2011 @ 10 am the Company held a general meeting to approve proposed share capital restructuring for the purpose of eliminating the current deficit on the Company’s profit and loss account and creating positive distributable reserves to facilitate the payment of dividends by the Company in due course. On 21 July 2011 the Company received court approval for the conversion of its share premium account into a distributable reserve.
